With a B.S. in Public Relations and minors in Marketing and History from Eastern Michigan University, Taylor’s approach is grounded in both communication theory and data-driven insight. Her career began in audience engagement roles, including a marketing internship with Mackinac State Historic Parks, marketing management for EMU Bands, and chief storyteller for Shopwindow.io with the Digital Summer Clinic—early experiences that sparked her interest in how content and messaging can influence behavior.
At Career Now Brands, she first joined as a Paid Media Coordinator, helping clients in the trucking and transportation industries attract high-intent candidates through performance marketing. As she advanced to roles including Senior Marketing Analyst, Taylor honed her ability to interpret campaign data to uncover what truly drives user engagement and conversions to achieve client deliverables.
Now in a leadership position, Taylor works closely with cross-functional teams to dig into client goals and user data, ensuring every campaign is both personalized and purposeful. Whether optimizing automated messaging flows or strategically managing campaigns in her book of business, she brings a customer-first mindset to every strategy.
